Virginia M. Brandle Fuchs

Virginia M. Brandle Fuchs, 91, of Hawesville went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 14, 2018 at the Heartford House.  Virginia was born on October 27, 1926 in Hancock County to the late Chester and Sarah Voyles Brandle.  She was a member at Blackford Baptist Church and a housewife.  Virginia was a Nurse with her Husband (Dr Maurice Fuchs) for many years in Whitesville and loved working in her flowers.  She was preceded in death by a sister Vivian Storm and three brothers Harold Brandle, David Brandle and Barry Brandle.

Survivors include her husband of 72 years Dr Maurice Fuchs; (her pride and joy) son Gary (Sandee) Fuchs; two grandsons; seven great grandchildren; three sisters Mary Boling, Sadie (Sherman) Fuchs and Doris (Anthony) Taylor a brother Clyde Brandle and several nieces and nephews.

Services are at 1:00 pm Thursday at Blackford Baptist Church with burial following in the Church Cemetery.  The family will greet friends from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm at Blackford Baptist Church.  The family request donations be made to Hospice of Western Kentucky or Blackford Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
