Robert Wilcox Obituary

Robert Bradley Wilcox, better known as Brad or uncle Buck, 55, of Crothersville, IN, passed away on November 29, 2022.  Brad was born in Tell City, IN on November 11, 1967 to Bobby Jewell “B.J.” and Mary Helen Wilcox.  He spent his time growing up in Cloverport and Central City, KY before joining the United States Navy when he turned 18.

Brad loved his four children, nine grandchildren and three step children above anything in the world. He met the love of his life 30 years ago and they married in 2018.  What time they got together they cherished and weren’t apart from each other ever for very long.  If you saw one, you saw the other. His dearest wife was his anchor.  Brad never met a stranger.  He loved music, spending time with family and friends, steelers football, cars and building anything out of nothing.

Brad was preceded in death by his father, B.J. Wilcox; brothers, Raymond Earl Wilcox and Steven Ray Wilcox and the families beloved dog, Sparky.

Survivors include his mother, Mary Helen Wilcox; wife, Brandi Wilcox; children, Adrian (Dusti Irey) Wilcox, Karissa (Caleb Cowan) Shelton, Briley (Mike) James, Stuart (Reese Sheffield) Wilcox and Monica Moitz; 9 grandchildren; an aunt; two uncles and several nieces and nephews.

In Brad’s favorite goodbye words, Blessed Be.

May Sombre Flights of ravens wing you to peace.
