Robert Joseph Buck, 60, of Hawesville passed on to his Heavenly Home on July 22, 2025 at Norton’s Brownsboro Hospital surrounded by Family.  He attended Lewisport Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his father Wendall Buck.

He loved God, family and anything outdoors.  He loved being in nature to enjoy God’s creations.  He was a realist to the Core! After the diagnosis he was realistic about it, he knew God was with him and where he was going. He worked many retail jobs (we found each other at Walmart), the story was always you could find anything at Walmart even a husband) but worked at Domtar for the last 24 years.

Those who remain to cherish his memory are his wife of 29 years, Amy Taylor Buck; sons Austin Buck of Hawesville and Cameron Buck (Jenna Coyle) of Cannelton, IN; his mother Sharon Buck of Tell City, IN; sister, Robin (Dave) Williams of Edwards, Co; granddaughters, Aria and Adlee Buck of Smyrna, TN; mother and father-in-law, Doris and Anthony Taylor of Lewisport, Ky; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Lewisport Baptist Church with burial following in Serenity Hills.  Robert’s family will greet friends from 10:00 am until service time..
