Pennylane (Atchison) Fuqua

Pennylane Fuqua, 41, of Easton, Ky, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 19, 2026 at her home.  She was born in Evansville, IN on February 14, 1985 to the late Louis Carl Atchison and Ramona Kelly Howard.  Penny was a member of Easton Community Church and was a caretaker.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, singing and going to Holiday World.  Penny loved helping people recovering from addiction.  Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Charlie Grace Fuqua.

Penny is Survived by her husband of 17 years, Steven Fuqua; son, Devin Burress; father and mother-in-law, Pastor David and Barbara Fuqua; sister-in-law, Sandy (James) Willoughby; siblings, Carla (Dan) Dietsch, Amberly Gunter, Tuesday (Chris) Divine, Bo Atchison, Jerrett Atchison, Samone (Billy) Goldsberry, Angie Gunter, Charles Nix, Crystal Kirchgessner, Lucas Leslie, Jonathan Leslie, Eric Leslie and Jim Staats along with many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Hawesville Chapel with burial to follow in Easton Community Cemetery.  Friends may visit with Penny’s family at the funeral home on Thursday from 10 am until 2 pm.  Memorial contributions may be made directly to the funeral home to help with expenses.
