Peggy Sandra Bruner Hurt, went to be with her Lord & Savior “Jesus paid it all, all to him I owe, sin has left a crimson stain he washed it white as snow.”  She has no more pain, her mind and body are perfect now.  She was born on February 21st, 1944 to the late Herbert Shelton Bruner and Georgia Mae (Newton) Sweeney. Including her parents, she was preceded in death by Her loving grandparents Alex & Rosetta (Nugent)Newton, Herbert M & Nellie (Dejarnette) Bruner. A infant granddaughter Kacie Marie Hurst. Stepfather Sherrol Sweeney. Her brothers, Neal Sweeney and Houston Bruner. She was so proud of her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by Darrell (Wanda) Hurst, of Georgetown Texas, Shelley (J) Stephens of Lewisport, Steven (Stephanie) Ledlow of Centerton Arkansas. Her  grandchildren, Kalie (Zach) Wettstain, Tyler (Savannah) Hurst, Candace (Nathan) Jones, Blake Ledlow, Sydney (Austin) Williams, Cody Tally, Drew Parnell and McKenzie Thacker. Her great grandchildren, Hadlee, ZJ, Mason, Cooper, Kinley, Adalynn, Mason Wayne, Adisyn, Tatum & Westlynn. Her beloved siblings Randall (Joyce) Sweeney, Alan Sweeney and Suzanne Sweeney. Her favorite Uncle AL Newton, along with her nieces, nephews and cousins.

A private graveside memorial will be held at a later date.  Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Lewisport Chapel has been entrusted with care.  Expressions of Sympathy made be made in the form of donations to the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
