Mary Frances Goins, 83, of Lewisport, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025 at Perry County Memorial Hospital. She was born in Daviess County, Kentucky on August 11, 1942 to the late Charles and Ethel Stewart Kelly. Mary Frances was member of Central Baptist Church, where she was an encourager to everyone. Mary Frances and Ed were the perfect example of what a married couple should be, he called her his Queen. She was loved and cherished by all that knew her. Mary Frances was retired from Willamette as a security guard, had worked at Tell City Chair Company and was a waitress at the Swiss Haus. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Nash and Ed Goins; siblings, Charles Kelly, Anna Faye Hauser and Morbia Goatley; granddaughter, Stephanie Nash; grandson, Mathew Nash.
Mary Frances is survived by her children, Deborah Keiser and Robert Nash; step daughter, Alice Fallin; grandchildren, Shea, Jessica, Garrett, James, Leah, David, Bianca, Andrew and Logan; several great-grandchildren; sister, Louise Vanover along many nieces and nephews.
No formal services will be held at this time as per Mary Frances’ wishes. Memorial contributions may be made to Gideon’s International, Operation InAsMuch or St. Croix Hospice.
