Jennie Lorna (Schols) Allan

Jennie Lorna Allan, 90, of Owensboro, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Wellington Parc.  She was born in Seattle, WA of April 27, 1933 to the late Isaac and Jennie Schols.  Lorna was retired from Labor Management Federal Credit Union.  She also owned and operated her own sewing and quilting business.  Lorna was the Mrs. Claus to her husband’s Santa Claus.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Allan; daughter, Jennifer Allan; son, Bob Kaaland; brother Ike Schols.

Lorna is survived by her daughter, Joanna (Heath) Deaton; son, Bill (Patty) Kaaland; several grandchildren; sisters, Nancy Van Wieringen and Mary Ann Hoover.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.  Gibson & Son Funeral Home has been entrusted with care.
