Iva L. (Bruce) Parsons

Iva L Parsons, 92, of Louisville, KY passed on to her Heavenly Home on October 26, 2024 with her family by her side.  Iva was born on April 16, 1932 in Hawesville, KY to the late Sidney and Alice Phillips Bruce.  She enjoyed sewing, cooking and spending time with her family.  She was preceded in death by two sons Gene Fulkerson and Timothy Arnold.

Suvivors include her husband Alvis Parsons; two sons Gary (Brenda) Arnold and Michael (Stayce) Williams; four grandchildren Melissa (Gary) Thurman, Jessica (Chad) Greenwell, Thomas Williams and Tyler Williams; a sister Marietha Kruse and nieces, nephews a cousins.

Services are at 1:00 pm CST, Wednesday October 30, 2024 at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Hawesville Chapel with burial following in Serenity Hills.  Iva’s family will greet friends from 10:00 am CST until service time.
