Henry A. “Bud” Vogt, 73, of Cannelton, passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Tell City, IN on February 12, 1948 to the late Norman and Mary Jane Plock Vogt. Bud was retired from Can-Clay Corporation and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved spending time with his family and going to shooting matches. Bud was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Cassandra Vogt and a sister, Donna Vogt.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Carol Dawson Vogt; sons, Timothy (Christy Feldpausch) Vogt, Anthony (Julie) Vogt and Chris (Kelly) Vogt; grandchildren, Angelique, Frankie, Ryan, Keira, Bryce, Ashton, Carter, Casen and Stella; siblings, Peggy Foster, Norma (Ronnie) Snyder, Gary (Cheryl) Vogt and Randy (Eva) Vogt along with several nieces and nephews.
Bud’s wishes were to be cremated and services will be held at a later date.
