Georgean (DeWitt) Inkenbrandt

Georgean DeWitt Inkenbrandt, 69, of Owensboro, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at her daughters home.  She was born in Owensboro on October 3, 1954 to the late Jasper and Bernice Brown DeWitt.  She was a loving mother and Nana, enjoying her time spent with family.  Georgean was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Burk; nieces and nephews, Rachele Russelburg, Jeremy Burk, Ernie Vanover, Devin Burk, Johnny Burk and Christa Burk.

She is survived by her children, Tony Wiles, Bunk (Lennie) Wiles, John (Hannah) Alexander and Jessica Alexander; 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; siblings, Gayle Russelburg, Brenda Boyle, John Burk, Billy Burk, Scott DeWitt, Renae DeWitt, Susan DeWitt and Ruby Bray along with many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6 pm on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Hawesville Chapel with private burial at a later date.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 1 pm until 6 pm at the funeral home.
