Debra L Rapier, 67, of Owensboro, passed on to her Heavenly home on March 26, 2025 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.  Debra was born on June 2, 1957 in Owensboro, KY to the late Franklin and Betty Dawson Pate. She enjoyed reading the Bible and spending time with her children and grandchildren . She was preceded in death by a son Martin Dewayne Rapier.

Survivors include her husband of 41 years Charles Rapier, three sons Donald Rapier, Brandon Rapier and Gavin Rapier, grandchildren Josh, Lyiah, Carma, Dewayne, Nolan, June, Jasmine and Camden, a sister Terry (Mac) Lindsey; two brothers Larry (Sharon) Pate and Mike (Mindy) Pate and nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services are at 12 noon Tuesday April 1, 2025 at Gibson and Son Funeral Home, Hawesville Chapel with burial in Serenity Hills.  Debra’s family will greet friends from 10:00 am until service time.
