Charles Adam Corley, 42, of Hawesville, passed on to his Heavenly Home on May 18, 2026. Adam was a beloved son, uncle, partner and friend whose kindness, humor and unforgettable smile could light up any room he entered. Adam was preceded in death by his Maternal grandparents Charles Evans and Mary Opal LaMar and his paternal grandfather Edward Kincheloe Corley.
Adam loved spending time with his family and friends and never missed an opportunity to enjoy a round of golf. He was a devoted fan of the Seattle Mariners, Green Bay Packers and University of Kentucky athletics. Whether cheering on his favorite teams or sharing laughter with those he loved, Adam brought warmth and joy to the people around him.
Adam is survived by his loving parents Eddie and Charlene Corley; his paternal grandmother Ailene Corley; his siblings Kevin (Bridgett) Corley, Kelly Corley and Erin-Kate Corley; his Girlfriend Audra Payne and his cherished nieces and nephews, (who referred to him as Dooder), Landon, Jayden, Bailey, Olivia and Teddy. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends who will deeply miss him.
Services are at 2:00 pm Saturday May 23, 2025 at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Hawesville Chapel with burial following in Serenity Hills. Adam’s family will be greeting friends from 10:30 am until service time.
Adam will be remembered for his compassionate heart, quick wit and the love he shared so freely with others. His memory will forever live on in on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
