Barbara (Frey) Hagman

Barbara Frey Hagman, 89, of Hawesville passed on to her Heavenly Home on Tuesday July 9, 2024 under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. Barbara was born in Owensboro, KY on June 26, 1935 to the late William Charles and Mary Agnes Bryan Frey.  Barbara was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, which she loved, she loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Vic Hagman and her daughter Mary Rose Hagman.  

Barbara is survived by her four sons Joseph Hagman and his wife Donna, Matthew Hagman and his wife Pam, James Hagman and Paul Hagman; three granddaughters Callie Jennings and her husband Steven, Sarah Hagman and her fiancé Caleb Bushy and Jessica Hagman; grandson Andrew Hagman and his wife Hallie; great grandson Wyatt Jennings; nieces, nephews and cousins and her caregivers Polly Snyder, Kennedy Johnston, Donna Grames, Marie Reine and Emma Daughtery.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 on Saturday July 13, 2024 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Terry Devine officiating with burial following in Mt Calvary Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Saturday at the church from 8:00 am until service time at 11:00 am. Memorials Contributions may be made to Hospice of Western Kentucky or Hancock County Coalition for Life.
