Terrie Lynn Lee

Terrie Lynn Lee, 62, of Lewisport, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at the Heartford House surrounded by her family. She was born on May 26, 1955 in Evansville to the late Rev. Joseph and Donna Chaffin Foreman. Terrie was a member of First Baptist Church Lewisport and was a Dorm Director at Stapp Hall at Campbellsville University and former surgery scheduler for Owensboro Health. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Stephen Foreman.

Survivors include her husband, Bob Lee; a daughter, Alison (Jeremy) Miller; step daughters, Kelly (Joey) Snyder and Jenny Lee; 8 grandchildren, Alex Miller, Makayla Miller, Logan Miller, Austin brown, Aly Snyder, Noah Snyder, Emmett Snyder and Maverick Snyder; Mother in Law, Rose Lee; a sister in law, Sarah Foreman; nieces and nephews, Allen Foreman, Brian (Jennifer) Foreman; great nephew, Joseph Foreman.

Services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at First Baptist Church, Lewisport with burial following in Fordsville Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 pm until 8 pm on Tuesday at Gibson & son Funeral Home, Lewisport and on Wednesday from 10 am until service time at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, Lewisport.
