Sherman Gedion Bryant, 90, of Lewisport, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at Heartland Villa in Lewisport. He was born in Daviess County on February 22, 1927 to the late Allen and Beatrice Whitten Bryant. Sherman was a lifelong farmer in eastern Daviess County. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Hugh Allen Bryant, Herbert Bryant, Arnold Bryant and Iona Heath.

Survivors include several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Sherman’s wishes were to be cremated with no services. Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Lewisport has been entrusted with care.
