Robert William "Bobby" Wroe

Robert William “Bobby” Wroe, 65 of Tell City, IN died suddenly Saturday morning, August 17 2019, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.  Bobby was born on January 16, 1954 in Owensboro, KY to the late Merriman and Juanita Lamar Wroe.  He was a member of Hawesville Baptist Church and had worked at Wroe Pallet.  He enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with his family.

Survivors include two daughters Jennifer (Isaac) Roedel of Santa Claus, IN and Robbin Cronin of Cannelton, IN; two sons Johnathan Wroe of Lewisport, KY and Jacob Wroe of Tell City, IN; twelve grandchildren Kara Wroe, Audrey Wroe, Bella Bailey, Eli Wroe, Kaylie Wroe, Peyton Roedel, Nolan Roedel, Danielle Wroe, Jalynn Wroe, Christa Wroe, Kyla Wilkerson and Kaleb Wilkerson; a sister Judy (Don) Steiner of Hawesville; a brother Denny (Cheryl) Wroe of Hawesville and three nieces, a nephew and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be at 11:00 am Saturday at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Hawesville.  Bobby’s family will be greeting friends from 9:00 am until service Saturday. Burial will be at a later date.
