Patricia E. Lawson Jackson, 70, of Hawesville, passed away on August 12, 2017 at Heartland Villa in Lewisport.  Pat was born on September 24, 1946 in Hawesville, a daughter of the late Sheril and Pauline Frashure Lawson.  She was a member at Safe Harbor Christian Fellowship, she was a Hancock County Deputy Jailer, enjoyed her church, helping people and a hard worker. She was preceded in death by her husband Russell Jackson and three children Pricilla Pile, Libby Ann Jackson and Timothy Mitchell Jackson. 

Survivors include a sister Kay Pierce; a brother Rodger Lawson; special people to her Lucian DeWitt, Alexis Poole and Aireal Poole along with several nieces and nephews.

Services are at 1:00 pm Wednesday August 16, 2017 at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Hawesville.  Burial will be in Blackford Baptist Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00 am until service time.  Online condolences may be left for Pat’s family www.gibsonandsonfh.com.
