Johnny Deaton Obituary

Johnny Ray Deaton, 63, died on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at his home. He was born in Rome, GA on November 21, 1954 to the late Gordan, Jr. and Willie Davenport Deaton. Johnny was a retired lineman with Kenergy for 41 years and a member of Bethel Christian Center. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and enjoyed playing music, guitar, books and movies.

Survivors include his wife, Dottie Sue Chappell Deaton; daughter, Elizabeth (Ben) White; sons, Aaron (Kerry) Deaton, Daniel (Nina) Deaton and Heath (Joanna) Deaton; grandchildren, Grant Deaton, Elexas Deaton, Benjamin Fisher, Evan Deaton, Damon Deaton, Hayden Deaton, Dawson Deaton, Hannah Fisher and Dayton Deaton; great grandchild, Kylia Deaton; siblings, Tammy Nipper, Kathy Cason and Terry Deaton.
