Henry Patterson

Henry Patterson, 66, of Lewisport, died suddenly on Saturday May 25, 2019 at his home.  Henry was born on November 4, 1952 in Hawesville, KY to the late David Lee and Mary Agnes Young Patterson.  Henry was of the Baptist faith, a heavy equipment operator and an US Army veteran. He enjoyed playing his guitar, working in the yard and most of all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a brother Joseph Patterson.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years Brenda Salkill Patterson; four children Rebecca (Jeff) Rickard, Jay (Rebecca) Patterson, Regina (Larry) Ell and Frankie Patterson; twelve grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three siblings David (Sherrie) Patterson, Robert (Eva) Patterson and Linda (Terry) Sanders and many loved nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be at 4:00 pm Wednesday May 29, 2019 at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Hawesville.  Henry’s family will greet friends from 1:00 pm until service time.  A private family burial will be at a later date. The family request all donation be made to American Heart Assoc. or a charity of your choice
