Adrian Lee Bartlett

Adrian Lee Bartlett, 91, of Owensboro passed away on January 1, 2019 at Owensboro Center.  He was born in Owensboro on August 14, 1927 to the late Goebel and Mabel Case Bartlett.  Adrian was a member of Dawson Memorial Baptist Church and a farmer.  Adrian was a veteran of the United States Army, serving our country in Germany during World War II.  He enjoyed tenant farming and did so his entire life and working for Don Moore, Jr on the farm.  Adrian was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Bartlett, siblings, Lorean Elois Bartlett, Douglas Case Bartlett, a grandson, Robert Bartlett and a son in law, Ray Hudson.

Survivors include his children, Ronald Lee (Pat) Bartlett, Sharon (Paul) Morris, Janice Hudson and Sheila Bartlett; 8 grandchildren, Wayne Bartlett, Cindy Bellow, Carol Ault, Keith Hudson, Kristy Casebier, Kim Boswell and Shannon Mitchell; 21 great grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; a sister Jane Chrisler.

Services will be held at Noon on Friday, January 4, 2019 at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Lewisport with burial following in Lewisport Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 10 am until service time Friday at the funeral home.
