Ray A. Lambert, 89, of Newburgh, IN went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday November 30, 2017 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. Ray was born in Detroit, MI on November 15, 1928 to the late Connard and Mabel Breidenbach Lambert. Ray attended several Churches in the Newburgh area, was a member of the US Army Reserve for twelve years, worked 26 years at General Electric, 7 years at SIG ECO, 10 years at Kent Plastics and still worked at Krispy Kreme.

Survivors include a sister Carol Lambert Gatlin of Evansville; a half-sister Sally Hamilton of Evansville; a step brother Tim Maple of Henderson and a special friend and care giver Mike Kunce of Owensboro.

Service will at 2:00 pm Sunday December 3, 2017 at The Masters Chapel in Booneville, IN. Burial will be in Memory Gardens in Hawesville, KY. Ray’s family will greet friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm Sunday at the Church. Gibson & Son Funeral Home in Hawesville is in charge of arrangements.
