Melody Ann Bickett, 70, of Hawesville, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at her home.  Melody was born in Sneedville, TN on August 6, 1946, the daughter of the late Alex and Georgia Lamb Morris.  She was of the Baptist faith and a housewife.  Melody was an avid collector, finding hidden treasures doing what she loved, going to yard sales and auctions and lived life to the fullest.  She was preceded in death by a brother Daniel Morris and a step son, Shane Bickett.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph Darrell Bickett; three daughters, Theresa (Rick) Wickman, Shelia Hillman, Lisa Brown and Raquel (Brian) Robbins; a son, Wayne Chancellor; a stepson, Keith Bickett; a brother, Alex Morris, Jr; 14 grandchildren; a great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 2 pm until 8 pm at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Hawesville.  Private services and burial will follow at a later date.
