Jacqueline Lanae' Bickett

September 29, 1985 ~ May 27, 2017 (age 31) 31 Years Old

Jacqueline Lanae' Bickett, 31, of Lewisport, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017 after battling cancer.  Born on September 29, 1985, Jackie's greatest life ambition was to be a wife and a mother.  A member of Central Baptist Church in Hawesville, Jackie devoted her life to the Lord and fulfilled the Lord's work as an inspiration to her family and friends.  Jackie exuded humility, compassion, and perseverance.  Her children were her life's work; she homeschooled them ensuring that they learned not only academic skills but the firm foundation of God's love.  She was "clothed with strength and dignity" (Proverbs 31:25) and she will be remembered for her unyielding devotion and love for her family, especially her husband and children, and for her unparalleled sense of humor and beautifully endearing smile.  Her family and friends know that she is at home with the Lord today.  She always reiterated that she placed her life in God's hands and she respected God's timing and His will above her own.  Philippians 1:21 reads, "For me to live is Christ, and to die is gain."

Jackie was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Barry Brandle and Laquita Pulliam.

Survivors include her loving husband, Mark Bickett; amazing children, Tristan and Emmie Bickett; devoted parents, Ronnie Carman and Maika (Brent) Tindall; a caring sister, Mandy (Mike) Froehlich; a loyal brother, Robbie (Haylee Evans) Carman; a niece and a nephew she adored, Jaxson and Jaci Richardson; wonderful grandparents, Sherman and Carolyn Carman; special aunt, Kathy (Terry) Keenan; sweet sister-in-law, Brandi (Johnothan Benningfield) Bickett;  dedicated in-laws, Ricky Bickett and Cindy Bickett; and several other beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

To celebrate her life and mourn her passing, her family will be having a private service.  Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Lewisport will be handling the arrangements.  Online condolences may be left for Jackie’s family to view at www.gibsonandsonfh.com.  For those wanting to honor her memory, donations may be made to Mark and Jackie's Hancock Bank account to support the three people she loved most:  Mark, Tristan, and Emmie.
