Bonita Ann Rearden, 84 of Hawesville, passed away on Monday June 19, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Roseville, KY on November14, 1932, the daughter of the late Freeman and Rocina McCarty Rowland.  Bonita was a member of Mt. Eden Baptist Church, where she was a former Sunday School teacher and was a housewife.  She enjoyed sewing, quilting and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her caregiver and husband of 66 years, Russell Rearden; 3 daughters, Darla (Alton) Logsdon, Rhonda (Don) Adkins and Tammy (Michael) Sturgeon; a grandson, Kyle (Shelly) Daugherty; a great grandson, Declan Daugherty and another on the way.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Hawesville with a private graveside service at Mt. Eden Baptist Church Cemetery following the service.  Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10 am until service time at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Western Kentucky.
