Allie Dean Hawley Oliver, 73, of Lewisport, went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 5, 2017. Allie Dean was born on March 3, 1944 in Owensboro to the late William Holmes and Alice Holland Hawley. She was a member of Lewisport Baptist Church, she was a retired rural mail carrier and a homemaker. She had a great love for the outdoors. She loved to spend time with her family, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister Lessie Jones and brothers-in-law Bob Jones and Fred Allen Meyers.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years Larry Oliver; four daughters Patricia (Brad) Keller, Denna (Tim) Taylor, Stacy Oliver and Lorri Oliver; five grandchildren Jacob (Brianne) Taylor, Megan (Mark) Harris, Jared Taylor, Samantha (Zach) Huff and Keegan Oliver; three great grandchildren Kylie Grace Huff, Karsyn Marie Harris and Carli Jade Huff; three sisters Patricia Meyers, Helen (Brooks) Young and Charlene (Paul) Swihart; a brother Billy (Tina) Hawley and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services are at 11:00 am Saturday December 9, 2017 at Lewisport Baptist Church. Burial will be at Lewisport Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 3:00pm until 8:00 pm Friday at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Lewisport and from 9:00 am until service time Saturday at Lewisport Baptist Church. The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made in her name to St Jude Hospital or American Heart Association.
